Pier 37 Marina, 64 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540 ("we", "us") operates pier37marina.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. Last updated September 22, 2026.

What we collect

Forms. When you send a message, a service request or a boat inquiry, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, information about your boat, and your message. We use them to answer you and to schedule the work or the sea trial you asked about. Submissions are emailed to our office and kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to serve you.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. Google sets cookies for this and receives your IP address and browser information. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Live conditions. The tide, weather and sunset figures on this site are fetched by your browser directly from NOAA, the National Weather Service and sunrise-sunset.org. Those services see the request come from your browser; we do not send them anything about you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, normally for no more than 30 days.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it. We do not use your form submissions for anything other than replying to you and doing the work you requested.

Third parties

Financing inquiries you start with Sterling Associates happen on their site under their privacy policy. The Pier 37 Boathouse restaurant (falmouthpier37.com) is a separate site with its own policy.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing pier37@comcast.net or calling (508) 540-0123.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
